Hochuen offers our customers a wide range of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes from which to choose - automotive-grade permanent attachment adhesive tapes, low-cost assembly aid PSAs, even medical-grade and EMI shielding tapes.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are activated with pressure and do not require solvent, water, or heat to activate them. Our adhesive tape options include cost-effective rubber-based PSAs that provide quick-stick capabilities, acrylic PSAs that tend to develop stronger bonds and provide heat and environmental resistances, and silicone PSAs designed special adhesion to difficult silicone materials.

Laser machining can either be used for prototyping or high-precision cutting on thin-film materials with a microchannel as small as 100 micrometers wide. A through-hole with a 50 um diameter can also be achieved. Hochuen has know-how on a large range of materials that can be laser cut with optimal laser parameters. These materials include: PMMA, Laminates, PSA tape, PET, Teflon-based polymer, etc.
Edge cleaning following laser cutting for certain materials is also critical in making sure the edge is clean and free of residue.
Hochuen is capable of laser cutting one material on the top while the bottom material remains intact. Micromachining involves the use of miniaturized tools to remove material from a workpiece, resulting in components that are a few microns in size.
